2. Products
• We currently sell football retro kits.
• In the future, we may introduce seasonal jerseys and new collections.
• Product images are for representation purposes only.
• Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• We accept the following payment methods:
• UPI
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• For COD orders, customers must pay a ₹65 advance confirmation fee during checkout.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• The ₹65 advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled, refused, or not accepted during delivery.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping
• Shipping Partner: Delhivery
• Dispatch Time: Up to 3 working days after order confirmation.
• Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Shipping charges:
• All India Free Shipping (for prepaid customers)
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
• Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
6. Limitation of Liability
• Set Piece is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
• We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details during checkout.
7. Order Cancellation
• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the order may already be processed or shipped.
• If a COD order with ₹65 advance payment is cancelled, the advance payment will not be refunded.
