• We ship all orders through Delhivery.
3. Delivery Time
• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
• All India Free Shipping (for prepaid customers)
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
• Customers must pay a ₹65 advance confirmation fee while placing a COD order.
• The ₹65 advance is paid online during checkout to confirm the order.
• The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• The ₹65 advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled, refused, or not accepted during delivery.
6. Address Accuracy
• Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
• Set Piece is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delays & Exceptions
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of delays, our support team will assist you to the best of our ability.
