RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We follow a strict but fair return policy to avoid misuse.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 2 days of delivery and only if:

  • The product is damaged, OR

  • The wrong product was delivered

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences

  • Products without unboxing video proof

  • Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer

      Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.

      5. Replacement

      • Customers can choose replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

      • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

      6. Processing Time

      • Refunds/replacements are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
